Mr. Swift graduated from the North Carolina State University in 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and a Minor in Environmental Science.  He began his career in environmental health in Henderson County in 1996, where he currently serves as the Environmental Health Supervisor.

Mr. Swift is a member and past Officer of the North Carolina Environmental Health Supervisor’s Association. He is also a member of the North Carolina Public Health Association.
